Before the visit, empty the cupboard under the sink, clear the benches and put food into sealed tubs. If you can, pull the fridge and microwave out a little. After the treatment, wipe benches as normal but leave the bait dots in place. Keep food sealed, take the rubbish out each night and do not leave dishes in the sink overnight for a couple of weeks. That way the bait is the only easy meal around. It is normal to see a few cockroaches out in the open for several days while the bait works through the group.
