That means you can keep a spotless kitchen and still get cockroaches from next door.
When you book a unit treatment, we ask which floor you are on, whether the building has a bin room or chute, and whether neighbours have mentioned cockroaches. The crew we book then plans the visit around the places cockroaches enter and settle in a unit. Ground-floor units with courtyards may also get an outside spray around the doors and drains.

Units usually take less time than houses, and the price reflects that. If you rent, you can book yourself or ask your property manager to arrange it. The written note helps if you need to raise the issue with a landlord or the body corporate, because the building as a whole does better when several units and the bin areas are treated around the same time. Until then, keep the gap under your front door sealed with a draught strip and keep your own bins lidded.
